Last weekend we had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Amanda & Charlie in my hometown of Mystic, Connecticut. Not only were we excited to see them again, but we were also excited to work with some of our favorite videographers, Jamie and Mia from JPod Productions. They are so great at what they do and I can't wait to see their trailer! We were also excited to work with Coastal Gourmet Catering again, this time at their stunning Stoninton Meadows facility.
Amanda & Charlie's wedding day was all about family, from their adorable nieces (those flower girls TORE up the dance floor), to Amanda's grandmother's gorgeous amethyst ring, to the gardenia in her hair in honor of her mom. But the most amazing family connection was being married by her father at the church where he was the minister until he retired.

Everyone who grew up in area knows Union Baptist Church as the church on the hill, the church watching over downtown Mystic. It's also the church where I attended brownies!
