So, here we are in the grips of winter (seriously, it's snowing here in Connecticut again!) and I can't help but dream of warmer days. So I thought that it would be the perfect day to share a beautiful wedding we got to second shoot last August at Jonathan Edwards Winery!
Last year, through the magic of social media, we meet a wonderful photographer from Texas named Allie Morris of Allie Morris Photography who was looking for a second shooter here in Connecticut. We were thrilled to be able to help her out, and when she greeted me with a huge hug, I knew it was going to be a good day! Not only did we get to work with Allie (who became and instant friend), but we also got to meet Kat & Jason, a very sweet couple who were so welcoming, and their friends and family. And to top it all off, we got to work with Jen Strunk, one of our favorite planners who kept things running perfectly (and there was a lot going on, from a flash mob surprise for the bride and groom to a special tribute by the bride's father).
