Meet the ladies of Marchlela Vintage, Kirsten, Sarah, and Ashley! This creative group of moms have lots of great ideas to share, so they’ve just started a super fun blog full of tips on decorating, crafting and cooking. I also love the daily quotes and the weekly top 5 faves list (and not just because our photoshoot made it onto each girl’s list this week! Yay!).
We had so much fun working with them! They are smart, sassy, beautiful, and of course, very creative! We decided to work with their vintage theme, and do a modern take on the fifties housewife. We shot at an adorable beach cottage at the shore that was perfectly charming. Kirsten, Sarah and Ashley styled themselves and put their touches on everything, making my life very easy!
First up is our group shot. Originally we had thought about shooting on the beach, but then when we saw what the very crafty Sarah had brought (she would only tell the other girls that she had a surprise prop), we were all smitten! A three way tin can telephone! Sarah and Ashley live next door to each other, and always joked that they needed one.
