When my friend Michelle told me that she wanted to do a portrait session as a surprise for her husband's birthday, I was all in! I knew we would have so much fun. Not only is she beautiful, but she was one of my best friends in college. We both started out as photography students, then we both became art history students (coming to that conclusion on our own before sharing it with each other), and then we lived together when we studied abroad in Florence. We don't get to see each other very much, since we now live in different states and have kids and husbands and busy lives. But when we do, we have such a good time. I'm always amazed at how many interests we have in common!
We started in Stonington Borough. It was such a fabulous day! Michelle, you are gorgeous! Can you believe she has three kids?
Then we headed down to Noank. The light was insane! I was a photographer's heaven!
We finished the afternoon at a small beach in Noank. The perfect end to the day.
