Last weekend we were lucky enough to shoot the wedding of a sweet, laid back, artistic couple. We got to know Stephanie and Jaxon when we shot their engagement photos and we had been really looking forward to their wedding. We were especially excited because it was at one of our favorite venues with one of our favorite caterers and our favorite wedding band of all time. We were so happy to be part of their day!
Hair & Makeup: Red Door Spa
Wedding Dress: Lian Carlo
Bridesmaid Dresses: Monique Lhullier
Florist: Candi's Floral Creation
Venue: Saltwater Farm Vineyards
Officiant: Steven Mitchell
Caterer: Gourmet Galley
Cake: Felicia's SweetFace Pasty Shoppe
Band: Sweet Tooth and the Sugarbabies
Stephanie & Jaxon met on their first day of college while they were moving into their dorms. They quickly became friends and then started dating. Stephanie's sister spoke in her toast about how Stephanie had called her and said she and Jaxon had decided to start dating because it was pretty much inevitable. And it's so plain to see that she was right! They are meant to be together.

Stephanie wore her great grandmother's earrings, necklace and bracelet. They were stunning!

Also stunning were the flowers by Candi's Floral Creations! I loved the colors!

First look!

Stephanie and Jaxon are both artistic and very talented. Stephanie painted these beautiful paintings of Saltwater Farm wine bottles that were displayed on the bar.

Loved this cake by Felicia's SweetFace and the hand painted topper by Stephanie & Jaxon.

We snuck back outside for some sunset portraits.

We were lucky enough to work with Sweet Tooth and the Sugarbabies last year, so when Stephanie & Jaxon mentioned that they were looking for a band we told them how great they were. We were so excited when they told us that they booked them. They are so much fun! Want some old school Michael Jackson, "Twist and Shout" or some Bruno Mars? No problem. How about a little "Thrift Shop"? Yup. "Blurred Lines" anyone? Done. These guys do it all and they are amazing (I know that word is overused but they really are)! They pack the dance floor!

I loved the relationship Stephanie has with her sister. They are so close.

Stephanie and Jaxon, thanks for letting us be a part of your special day!
