Before kids, when John and I went to Newport, Rhode Island, it usually involved mansions, shopping and an upscale restaurant. Now it involves flying kites at Brenton State Park, heading to Thames Street for some gelato or ice cream, and the arcade. And we love it! Newport is such a charming place crammed with fun things to do and great restaurants. We always have a great time when we go there, especially when the weather is beautiful. The kids were on spring break last week, so we headed over for the day and had a great time hanging out.
This is the boys favorite place in Newport. Seriously.
